On the Day

Arrival

Doors open at 10:00am. Please allow time for entry queues, especially during peak periods around opening time. Staff will be on hand to direct you to parking and the entrance.

What to Expect

Bike Legends Scotland is an indoor custom motorcycle show offering close‑up access to custom builds, conversations with builders, and the atmosphere of Scotland’s first independent custom bike event.

The venue is a working industrial space and sturdy footwear is recommended. Food and drink vendors will be available on site. We recommend bringing both cash and card.

Photography

Personal photography and video are welcome throughout the event. Please be respectful of builders and their bikes. Commercial photography or filming requires prior written consent from the organisers. Please contact hello@bikelegends.co.uk.

Accessibility

The Engine Works is a ground‑floor venue. If you have specific accessibility requirements, please contact us in advance at hello@bikelegends.co.uk and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Age Restriction

Bike Legends Scotland is an event for all ages. Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult at all times. If alcohol is available on site, the Challenge 25 policy applies and valid ID will be required.

Code of Conduct

We want everyone to have a great experience. Please be respectful of other attendees, builders, staff, and the venue. The organisers reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any person whose behaviour is deemed inappropriate or unsafe.

Build Submissions & Exhibitors

Bike Legends Scotland is a juried show. All custom builds are subject to acceptance by the organising team. Submission does not guarantee a place at the show.

  • Submissions must be made via the online form at www.bikelegends.co.uk/submit-yourbuild/.

  • Accepted builds will be confirmed by the organising team. Space is limited.

  • Builders are responsible for transporting their bikes to and from the venue. The organisers cannot accept liability for damage in transit.

  • All bikes on display must be in a safe and stable condition, with fuel reduced to a minimum. The venue reserves the right to remove any exhibit deemed unsafe.

  • Exhibitor passes will be confirmed upon acceptance. Please do not arrive outside agreed load‑in times.

  • Bikes must remain on display for the full duration of the show unless prior agreement has been made with the organising team.

For exhibitor enquiries, please contact george@bikelegends.co.uk.

Liability & Safety

  • Attendance at the event is at your own risk. The organisers accept no liability for loss, theft, injury, or damage to personal property unless caused by our negligence.

  • The event is subject to weather, venue, and circumstances beyond our control. The organisers reserve the right to make changes to the programme without notice.

  • In the event of an emergency, please follow the instructions of venue staff and posted signage. Emergency exits are clearly marked.
